A written guide to charging, fitting, connecting and getting ready. Follow the steps at your own pace, then choose your activity.
ON THE GEAR BENCH
From the box to your first listen.
Set up indoors, away from loud noise. Have your charging case, supplied Type-C cable, ear tips, phone and included manual within reach.
Lay out one complete pair.
Place the two earbuds beside their case. Check the earbuds, tips, case and cable for visible damage. If you have the two-pair bundle, set up one pair at a time and keep each pair with its own case.
Ready to move on: You have one pair, its case and its supplied accessories together.
Charge the case and both earbuds.
Make sure the earbuds and accessible charging contacts are dry. Seat each earbud in its matching case recess, then connect the supplied Type-C cable to the case using the charging supply specified in the manual. Check the case display and the manual’s earbud charging indicators.
If one earbud does not appear to charge, remove it, check for visible debris on the contacts and seat it again. Check each earbud’s charging status rather than relying only on the case’s battery level.
Ready to move on: Both earbuds show the charged state described in your included manual.
Fit the tips before adjusting sound.
Work on one ear at a time with the earbuds off. Begin with the attached tip, place the earbud gently and check comfort while speaking and turning your head. Try another included size if it slips or presses. Repeat for the other ear.

Ready to move on: Each earbud rests comfortably without repeated pushing or adjustment.
Learn the controls in a quiet room.
Use the printed control diagram to locate the power, volume and any listening-mode controls. Follow its power-on sequence, start at a low listening level and practise changing one setting at a time. Then practise switching off and on again so you know which action does what.
Ready to move on: You can identify the controls and return to a low listening level without guessing.
Pair your phone for connected audio.
Keep your phone nearby and place the earbuds in pairing mode using the sequence in the included manual. Open your phone’s Settings → Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth on. Select the device name specified in the manual, then wait for the phone to show it is connected.
Lower the phone’s volume before playing a familiar spoken track. Check that audio reaches both sides, then pause playback. If you cannot find the earbuds, check whether another nearby device has already connected to them and repeat the documented pairing sequence.
Ready to move on: Your phone shows a connection, both sides play, and you know how to pause the audio.
Do a quiet rehearsal, then pack.
Wear the earbuds while speaking and turning your head. Resolve slipping, pressure or an uneven audio issue before your outing. Return each pair to its own case and pack the supplied cable and the tip sizes you use.
