Our support team will provide the return instructions and confirm the return-shipping arrangements before you send your kit. Please contact us before mailing a return so it reaches the correct return location.

Your refund

We return your refund to the original payment method. Refund timing can depend on return transit, inspection and your payment provider's processing time. Contact us if you need help checking the status of a return or refund.

Damaged, incorrect or incomplete orders

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly through our support page. Include your order reference and tell us what happened so we can help resolve it.
