Two years of protection for your covered kit
The Field Signal 2-Year Protection Plan applies to the eligible Field Signal kit or kits identified on your order. If your covered kit breaks during its two-year protection period, we'll replace it. No questions asked.
Which products are covered?
Your order identifies the Field Signal configuration and the protection plan selected or included with it. The plan applies to that covered configuration.
- One complete Pro pair: the two-year plan is an optional $37.99 one-time add-on when selected with the current $125 single-pair offer.
- Two complete Pro pairs: the current $199 two-pair offer includes two-year protection for both pairs at no extra charge.
Each complete Pro pair consists of two earbuds, a charging case and the included accessories. For other Field Signal configurations, the covered kit count and plan price are those shown on your order.
Request a replacement
Email fieldsignalco@gmail.com or use our contact form. Include your order number, the email address used for the purchase and which covered kit needs replacement.
Field Signal Co handles the request directly. We will locate your covered order and provide the replacement instructions. Contact support before mailing a kit so we can confirm the correct return location and shipping arrangements.
One-time plan, separate from returns
A paid plan is charged once at the amount shown on your order. An included plan is shown at no additional charge. The plan is separate from our 30-day money-back guarantee. Contact support for help with a plan cancellation or a refund request.
