Field Signal Lifetime Protection Plan
Effective for eligible purchases made on or after September 21, 2026.
What the plan covers
The plan covers accidental breakage or functional failure of each protected Field Signal pair purchased on the same eligible order. Coverage belongs to the original purchaser.
Replacement benefit
Each protected pair is eligible for one replacement. There is no deductible. Standard outbound replacement shipping within the United States is included. Once a replacement is issued for a protected pair, coverage for that pair is fulfilled.
What is not covered
Loss, theft, consumable items, cosmetic-only damage that does not affect function, deliberate abuse, and any additional replacement after the one covered replacement are excluded.
How to make a claim
Use the Contact Us page and provide the original order information plus reasonable photo or video evidence of the covered breakage or functional failure. Field Signal Co may request additional information needed to verify the order and claim.
Order eligibility
Protection must be purchased for the applicable model and number of pairs on the original order. Coverage is not retroactive and does not alter any prior warranty or protection plan.
